For each product you buy/donate (Al Emarat bottled water, for example) you are granted one entry into the draw. If you've won a prize, you have 365 days to withdraw your winnings from your online account. For withdrawals of less than AED 300, there is a fee of AED 10 if you are withdrawing to a UAE account, or AED 20 for withdrawals to accounts outside the UAE.
