  • However, Indian Rummy adds another level of complexity to the game by using two jokers & two decks of cards. One face-down deck is set in the middle of the table, and each player is dealt thirteen cards to start the game. Every player takes a turn drawing cards from the discard pile or the deck, followed by the discarding of a card from their hand. Until one player forms sets and runs with all of their cards, or until the deck runs out of cards, the game goes on. To have as few points as possible at this point, players add up their points based on the cards they still have in their hand.
