Kerala State Lotteries offers a different draw every day. Therummy eastre's one lottery per day from Monday to Sunday, all with different top prizes. On top of that, there are six Bumper Lotteries held throughout the year to celebrate major calendar events, making Kerala the top state in India when it comes to lottery opportunities.
The lottery programme was the first of its kind in India, and has been run by the Lottery Department of the Government of Kerala since 1967. Tickets for Kerala State's Summer Bumper Lottery cost Rs. 150 each, and for that you get the chance to win a First Prize worth over Rs. 10 crore. You can purchase tickets from over 35,000 registered lottery agents and more than 100,000 retailers. The Kerala Lottery ticket rate ranges from Rs. 40 for weekly draws to Rs. 500 per ticket for bumper draws. Winnings above Rs. 1 Lakh must be claimed from the office of the Director of State Lotteries, located in Thiruvananthapuram, or from a bank - details are below. You must sign your name and write your name and address on the back of the winning ticket. You will also need to provide the following documents:

6. How long do I have to claim a prize?
Winnings must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date and the ticket holder must provide the necessary documents, including a claim application form, two passport photographs and a receipt for the prize money. You are also advised to sign the back of your ticket and include an address to prevent others from claiming winnings on your behalf.
